Every item in The Bernie Bears shop is individually custom made just for you by our production partner once your order is placed. Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be made and shipped (production times may vary during holidays, peak shopping times, or by product — see individual listings for details). If you ordered more than one item, they may ship separately — don't panic if your packages arrive at different times! Remember: good things are worth the wait — like an excited Berner greeting you when you finally come home. 🐾

🤎 Need to Make Changes?

Every item is custom made for you by our production partner when your order is placed. If you need to make any changes, please contact us within a few hours of ordering. Once an order goes to production, we cannot make changes to the shipping address, size, color, or any other details. We want to make sure you get exactly what you ordered, so please double check everything before completing your purchase — even a Berner double checks the food bowl before walking away! 🐾

🤍 Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, please allow 3 to 7 business days for the item to arrive at your door. Most orders arrive sooner — we just never want to overpromise! We promise it's worth the wait — just like how good your bed feels after waiting for a Berner to finally come inside on a snowy night! 🐾

International orders are not available through this website. BUT our international Bear Pack friends can find us on Etsy for international orders and shipping! 🐾

🖤 Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can obsessively check its progress like a Berner who knows a treat rolled under the couch. But we don't judge around here. 🐾

🤎 Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt — channel your inner Berner and give it a good thorough sniff over as soon as possible. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right faster than Berner gas can clear a room. We are 100% committed to making sure you love your order. 🐾

🤍 Lost Orders

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you cannot find it (like that sock you’re really hoping your Berner didn’t eat..), please first check around your property, with neighbors, and at any alternate delivery locations. If your package is still nowhere to be found — don't panic like a Berner who lost their favorite toy. Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier right away. If your order is confirmed lost, we will offer you a full refund. We are 100% committed to making sure your order reaches you! 🐾
