🤎 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt like a Berner inspects a box of treats. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please Contact Us within 14 days of delivery, and we will make it right faster than a Berner can steal your spot on the couch. 🐾

🤍 Refunds

Once your refund is approved, we will return your payment to your original method faster than a Berner who spots a piece of food on the floor. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account — this processing time is on their end and outside of our control. Trust us, we'd make it instant if we could! 🐾

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to Contact Us for a full refund. (No Berner owner has the extra energy or time to deal with trivial things like exchanges.)
